Ross D. Eisenberg
Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Ross D. Eisenberg is the driving force behind RDE Advisors, Inc. His expertise spans various aspects of the industry, from tenant representation to innovative leasing initiatives. Most recently, Ross played a key role in the redevelopment of a 6 million square foot office complex at Industry City in Brooklyn.
Before founding RDE Advisors, Ross honed his skills at top commercial real estate firms, including Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis, and Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark). His comprehensive knowledge of the market and client-centric approach have earned him a strong reputation within the industry.
Ross is an active member of the Young Men's and Women's Real Estate Association (YMWREA) and is deeply involved in numerous non-profit organizations. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware and has passed Level 1 of the CFA.

Thomas Chau
Associate Director
Thomas joined RDE Advisors in September 2022 as a leasing associate. Thomas
specializes in commercial leasing depositions while also identifying potential tenant
representation opportunities for the firm. He works directly with the CEO Ross Eisenberg. Prior to joining RDE Advisors, Thomas was an Investment Sales Associate at Brax
Realty LLC in which he gained valuable asset-valuation, financial modeling and due
diligence skills in New York City’s multifamily and commercial development markets.
He hopes to bring those skills and knowledge as he embarks on his professional journey
with RDE Advisors. Thomas is a Vietnamese citizen who grew up in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam but has
immigrated to the United States in 2011. He is currently a U.S permanent resident and is
planning to become a U.S citizen when he is eligible to do so.
Jeremy Birns
Jeremy Birns is an Associate Director at RDE Advisors, where he has been a key member of the team for the past five years. He began as an associate and has been with the firm since, focusing on tenant and landlord representation across Manhattan. Working directly with CEO Ross Eisenberg, Jeremy specializes in office leasing acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, and expansions. His expertise includes lease negotiations, market analysis, business development, and identifying strategic opportunities for clients.
Before joining RDE Advisors, Jeremy earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing from Syracuse University. He began his career in the Sports & Entertainment industry before transitioning into real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and the occasional round of golf.
Ali Reslan
Associate Director
Over the past decade, Ali Reslan has successfully transacted across investment sales, office and retail leasing segments of the real estate market including relationships with many of the largest institutional and private investors in the industry.Having worked as a private consultant to the Carlyle Group’s New York Real Estate group, Ali has diverse expertise in all types of real estate throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, including residential, commercial development & repositioning. Previously as the head of commercial and retail leasing operations of Venture Capital Properties, Ali has worked with international brands and companies in securing their retail storefronts, office operations and managing their distribution network.
When it comes to client representation, Ali effectively understands the wants and needs of major brands, investors, buyers and sellers alike. His innate sense of fairness and commitment to the values of honesty and integrity, coupled with his outstanding track record and knowledge, paved the path for his management role helping agents excel in their careers.
