Although we only had a few years left on our lease, Ross managed to find us a suitable subtenant at a good rent. He knew immediately that our perimeter office layout would not be attractive to the marketplace so he brought in an architect to create an open-plan test fit. He was right, our prospective subtenant wanted the open layout. Ross had a contractor on hand who opened up the space quickly and on budget. Ross made what could have been a complex deal, seamless.
